1. Controller
The controller of data submitted through the form is Vacaciones Miami Playa. To exercise your rights, use the same form and state that it is a privacy request.
2. Data we collect
When you submit the availability form we may process:
- Name
- Email address
- Arrival date / number of weeks
- Number of guests
- Any free-text message you send
- Minimal technical submission metadata (date, language, form origin)
We do not publish a public phone or email on the site; the channel is the form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: reply to your availability enquiry and, where applicable, manage the apartment booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, where relevant, legitimate interest in answering legitimate commercial requests.
4. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related legal obligations. Unconverted enquiries are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
5. Processors and transfers
The form is processed via Slowcode’s lead-generator platform. We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with providers needed to run the service (hosting, transactional email), under a processor agreement.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This static site does not use its own tracking cookies. The form iframe may require technical cookies needed for operation and security (e.g. CSRF / session).
